*Easily Spruce Up Any Boring Old Salad* Ingredients •Salad Greens •Olive Oil (sufficient to coat salad greens you have) •Speckled Snack™ Original Gourmet (OG) Seasoning (to taste) Directions: Toss salad greens with olive oil and OG Speckled Snack™ seasoning to taste. *Jalapeño Meatballs* Ingredients •2 Pounds Ground Beef - or plant based alternative if you're going vegan •1 or 2 TBSP (More or less to your liking) Gourmet Jalapeño Speckled Snack™ Seasoning •2 Large Eggs (or plant based substitute) • 1 ½ TBSP Breadcrumbs •¼ C Minced Celery Directions: Preheat oven to 400℉. Mix all ingredients together. Shape mixture into about 20 evenly sized meatballs and place onto a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment paper (we hate doing dishes as much as you do). Place in oven and bake until meatballs reach 160℉ with an instant-read thermometer - usually about 15-20 minutes. *Creamy Dill Dip* Ingredients •¾ C Sour Cream •¼ C Mayonnaise •2 TBSP Gourmet Dill Speckled Snack™ Seasoning •1 Squeeze of lemon juice Directions: Mix all ingredients well and serve with fresh vegetables, wings, fish, chips, burgers (or if you want to eat it plain - we won't tell)...the sky's the limit! *Vegan Soup Broth* Ingredients •2 TSP Butter Flavored Speckled Snack™ Seasoning •I C of either plain water, or vegetable/chicken/beef bouillon Directions: Mix liquid and Butter Flavored Speckled Snack™ Seasoning. Enjoy! *Vegan Melted "Butter"* Ingredients: •1 TBSP Vegan Butter Flavored Speckled Snack™ Seasoning •¼ C warm olive or avocado oil Directions: Mix ingredients and use in place of melted butter All Speckled Snack™ seasonings pairs well with popcorn, eggs, wings, vegetables, burgers, fish and more.
